Job Description:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy call center
- Assisting in the resolution of overdue balances
- Setting up acceptable terms of payment arrangements
- Process payments via EFT or credit card
Our Collections Specialist position is:
Full-time
Remote and Onsite Opportunities Available
Days of Operation: Monday – Friday
Hours of operation: We have a variety of shifts
Compensation: Based on Experience
